Because we work on a fee model instead of within a commission network, we can craft every detail of an itinerary to suit you. ​How it works: -We'll start with a call to discuss what you most want to experience in Italy, the advantages of the season in which you would like to travel and offer ideas for experiences and places you may not know. -Then we'll get to work on an itinerary design and work with you through two rounds to revise and refine. -Once you approve the itinerary, we'll finalize all the reservations. We'll provide you with an invoice for the entire trip, which can be paid by credit card or bank transfer, then we'll pay all the vendors on your behalf. -As we get closer to your trip, we'll check in to see if you'd like us to make dinner reservations for you or instead provide our best recommendations for the locations you are visiting. -Finally, your detailed itinerary will be programmed into our custom app, which you can download to your phone and have with your daily. The app syncs with Google and Apple Maps, holds any train or ferry tickets we purchase on your behalf and has all the contact information for the tours and appointments you have throughout your trip. - We'll also monitor your trip as it's in progress to ensure it runs smoothly and be available by text message to answer questions or solve any problems. ​You'll also have your itinerary available on our custom app filled with information and tips to enhance every aspect of your trip, from shopping suggestions to where to watch the most beautiful sunsets. Our fee: $500 per adult. This price is for up to 7 days on-the-ground in Italy; the flat rate increases by $200 per additional day in Italy. (For example, the fee for two couples traveling for 10 days would cost $2,600.) We do not charge a fee for children if the family is all traveling together. We work on a fee model because we work with guides and properties that are best suited to you -- not just ones that pay large commissions and ultimately shape both the mass travel and luxury market. In a streamlined one-hour Zoom session, plan your trip in collaboration with Feast Travel founder Danielle Oteri. We start from your arrival date and craft a comprehensive day-by-day itinerary. With frank discussion and swift decision-making, you'll leave the session with an excellent plan for your travel dates and budget, crafted with the same professional insight and resources we use for our Bespoke Trip Planning clients. Following the session, you'll receive the itinerary ready to be booked, with links to make your reservations. Plus, with email follow-up available, you'll have ongoing support for any additional questions as you finalize all the details. Clients also have to access Feast Travel's network of private tour guides if needed. Within 24 hours of your Zoom session, you will receive 1) a summary, complete transcript, and audio recording of our conversation. 2) a live link to your itinerary, illustrated, filled with notes, and hyperlinked so you may finalize the bookings and reservations. Tailored Trip Planning, clients also have email access to Danielle following the session to answer any problems that arise when booking or any last-minute questions.
